ARTICLE 1. OUR COMMERCIAL POLICY
UNMADE Sleepwear sells products through its website (www.unmadesleepwear.com) as part of its e-commerce activity, exclusively to end users, hereinafter referred to as “Customers”.
By “Customer”, we mean any natural person acting for purposes that do not fall within the scope of their professional or commercial activity. The Site reserves the right to refuse any order that does not comply with this commercial policy.
These General Terms and Conditions of Sale (“GTCS”) govern all online sales made through the Site. By placing an order, the Customer acknowledges having read and unconditionally accepted these GTCS.
ARTICLE 2. PURCHASES ON THE UNMADE SLEEPWEAR WEBSITE
- Product descriptions, prices (tax inclusive where applicable), payment methods and delivery options are clearly indicated on the Site.
- Products available for sale are those displayed on the Site, subject to stock availability.
- If a product becomes unavailable after an order has been placed, UNMADE Sleepwear will inform the Customer and issue a refund for the item(s) concerned.
- Product photos are non-contractual; slight variations may occur depending on screen settings or shooting conditions.
ARTICLE 3. PRICES
Prices displayed on the Site are indicated in euros (€) or in the local currency shown at checkout, inclusive of applicable taxes, and excluding delivery fees. Shipping costs (if any) are indicated before final confirmation of the order.
UNMADE Sleepwear reserves the right to change its prices at any time; the applicable prices are those in force at the time the Customer places the order, as shown on the Site at checkout.
ARTICLE 4. PAYMENT METHODS
- Bank card (secure payment via Shopify Payments)

- Apple Pay / Google Pay
- Bancontact, iDEAL (depending on the country)
Payment is due immediately upon order confirmation. All transactions are secured using SSL encryption. No banking data is recorded or stored by UNMADE Sleepwear.
ARTICLE 5. DELIVERY
Preparation and delivery times are specified on the Site and in the Shipping & Delivery Policy, which is accessible at any time. Orders are shipped only to valid addresses (excluding P.O. boxes, hotels or certain collective residences). A tracking number is sent by email as soon as the order has been dispatched.
Delivery areas, timeframes and fees may vary depending on the carrier and time of year; all such information is clearly indicated during checkout.
ARTICLE 6. RIGHT OF WITHDRAWAL – RETURNS – EXCHANGES
Where applicable under local consumer protection law, the Customer has a period of 14 calendar days from receipt of the order to exercise their right of withdrawal, without having to justify their decision or incur any costs other than the return postage.
To exercise this right (where available), the Customer must contact our customer care team via the contact form here in order to obtain return instructions. The return address of our warehouse will be provided once the request has been approved. The item must be returned in its original condition: not worn, not washed, not used, complete and in its original packaging, together with proof of purchase.
Return shipping costs are borne by the Customer. Once the item has been received and inspected, a refund will be issued to the original payment method within the applicable legal timeframe. Items that are damaged, incomplete or show signs of wear cannot be refunded.
Defective product or preparation error: if a product is defective or an incorrect item has been received, the Customer must contact our customer care team via the contact form here within 10 to 14 days of receipt, attaching clear photos of the item concerned. Once the issue has been confirmed, a replacement product will be sent free of charge. No prior return will be required if the defect is clearly confirmed by photo.
ARTICLE 7. LEGAL GUARANTEES
The Customer may benefit from legal guarantees of conformity and/or guarantees against hidden defects, in accordance with the consumer law applicable in their country of residence.
ARTICLE 8. PERSONAL DATA
The personal data collected is necessary to process and deliver orders. This information is treated as strictly confidential and is never shared with third parties without consent, except where required for order processing (carriers, payment providers, etc.).

ARTICLE 9. INTELLECTUAL PROPERTY
All elements of the website www.unmadesleepwear.com (texts, images, logos, trademarks, etc.) are protected by intellectual property law and remain the exclusive property of UNMADE Sleepwear. Any reproduction, even partial, is strictly prohibited without the prior written consent of the company.
ARTICLE 10. GOVERNING LAW
These General Terms and Conditions of Sale are governed by English law, without prejudice to any mandatory consumer protection provisions that may apply in the Customer’s country of residence. In the event of a dispute, the parties will endeavour to find an amicable solution. Failing that, the competent courts of England and Wales shall have jurisdiction, unless otherwise provided by applicable consumer law.
